Black tank valves

Anyone have a reason I have two blank tank valves inline on same pipe?

Agreed...

sometimes there is two handles, one closer to the outlet and one that is actually in the underbelly to keep the line from freezing... other reason for two would be in case one the first one got pulled on accident and then shut while there was waste in the tanks that when you pull the cap off you don't get a BIG surprise! The second one would be right next to the outlet.

Turbs really likes pictures though! Make sure you get him a picture! I'm more of a coloring book type of guy... not that I'm any good but I like em!

I've also heard that some units have the handle in an inconvenient location. Is it possible that someone extended the pipe with a second valve to make it more convenient; leave the first open and flush by opening the second valve???

Thats probably what I'll do. The first (closest to tank) valve is under the trailer and you have to crawl under to get at it. The other is on the other side with one of the gray valves. Of course those (the second black and one gray valve) is under wardrobe slide so still not easy to get to. the other gray valve is next to outlet.
Took trailer to Camper City 2 in Buda Tx for repairs and posed the question to them but they did not have a clue either
