Blinking light

I have a 2021 XLR Boost 37tsx13. In the front bedroom in the middle of the slide. There is a red blinking light under the slide you can see it blinking on the carpet. What is it?

If it is a Schwintek slide it might be an error code flashing on the controller.

Any idea how to get the bottom face of that slide off then?
