I was walking around my XLR 30 X 12 TH this afternoon and noticed a huge bubble in the drivers side of the king pin underneath the overhang. I pressed upward on the bubble and water dripped out of the outer edge where the horizontal surface meets the outer vertical surface. Then I drilled a small hole right in the middle of the bubble which resulted in more water dripping out. I checked inside behind the bottom drawers and it appeared to be dry. I'm going to caulk the molding where the horizontal meets the vertical edge. Has anyone out there had a similar problem?
