How do I order items direct from Forest River

I have need of a 15” drawer glides set but I don’t know how to reach Forest River directly. Any help would be appreciated.

FR has helped me identify parts that i needed and has supplied part numbers. but they will not take a direct order. you must go through a dealer.

Order drawer slides from Rockler instead. You’ll end up with much better quality.

X2. I would not replace with oem. You can get better drawer slides/catches/hinges just about anywhere

FR Direct Orders

Beware their shipping rates! I ordered a $12 part (6” long plastic cover that came to me in an envelope) and they charged over $20 for ground shipping!

Order from Rockler or go to Home Depot or Lowes, Forest River will sell you junk and cost a whole lot more.

You might be able to get your question answered by using the contact us section of F.R. and writing them at

https://forestriverinc.com/rvs/contact-us

Select your type of camper (TT, 5th, MH, etc) then find the RV brand name
Once selected you will see section for asking questions or Sales vs Service.
Give it a try.

Good Luck

I just visited that site, MANY THANKS! I found the contact email for the person who deals with our camper.

I did try submitting a question through the site through and it came up with an error code. I will submit the question direct by copying and pasting the email address.

I replace with the Knape Vogt 8400RV slides. Good quality and made for RVs. They stay closed.

Thanks for the link to those. I'll use them whenever I'm replacing drawer slides.
