new champion 4000/3500
the new Champion 4000/3500 remote start generator showed up today .
cabelas 399. sale . took about 10 mins to put on the wheels and handle and rubber feet . filled with oil put gas in and hit the remote fired right up . plugged in a couple 1500 w heaters to put load on it .
IT IS MUCH QUIETER then i thought it would be . very happy with the noise can have a conversation standing right next to it . remote works great , have stopped it several times with heaters still plugged in and started the same works awesome . have let it run now about 2 hrs with one heater plugged in .
Champion is sending me a jet kit for the carb since most of my operating will be at or above 7400' . no charge for that either . great company so far and i would recommend them for that genset that won't break you
