Proud new owners of 29HFS

Well, I am happy to say we are new owners of a 29HFS. We ordered it in early January from Jeff Couch's RV Nation, and while it was delivered about 4 weeks ago we couldn't make the trek from Wisconsin until this past Friday to pick it up.

We are VERY happy so far. Only a couple of minor issues to date (like a burned out bulb or two), but other than that all works well and the fit and finish are awesome. We also had a Blue Ox hitch installed, and while I have no experience with WD/Sway Control hitches it sure seems to work very well. No issues on the six hour drive home pulling it with my 2500HD Sierra.

I absolutely can not say enough positive things about the entire purchasing experience with Couch's. Starting with Brannon, who has to be the most responsive and straight-forward sales person I have ever dealt with, to the entire staff there, it was first class all the way.

Based on how much money we saved by buying there ($12-14K under local dealers) I was expecting a second class, no support type of operation and nothing could be further from the truth. They were organized and professional every step of the way and very focused on making sure all of our questions were answered and every detail handled very well. Brannon has followed up already just to make sure we know that they are still available for any questions or issues.

Now for a few upgrades (ideas from this forum) and let the camping (hell, this isn't camping, we are used to a tent!) begin!

Dennis, congratulations on the rig! Your experience at Couch's and with Brannon is the mirror of ours. Just outstanding. Trailer looks great and you're already camping in it! How cool is that? Enjoy....

Congrats, I also had the same experience as you as well. Brannon was on top of it, great comunication. I notice in one of your pics the blue leds on steps. Is that your upgrade or did it come like that. I thought about doing something similar and if you don't mind taking a pic of them so I can see what style and where they mounted them I would appreciate it.

Looks great! We are also big fans of Couch's and Brannon. He's going to get the big head if he reads these!

Was asked about the step LEDs. Difficult to take pics but here are two, looking up and each end. One screw on each end.

Yep, yours was the polar opposite of what everyone else seems to be having. I wonder why? We all and Couch's must be the odd ones... yeah, that's the ticket.

you don't even know what went on but you continue to flap away at the key board . what's your problem ! Also when did everyone else elect you as their spokesmen ! since WE ALL have different experiences . Guess you like being taken

Well, since everyone else seems to be posting pleasant experiences, then it's not my assumption. It's typed in clear text right there on your screen. Oh wait, we are all probably paid plants from dealers or FR. Also, since you're the only one complaining here on a daily basis, I guess your the only one to be taken. How's it feel? Oh wait, we already know... ad nasuem.
