Does anyone in Winterville NC use a Direct TV with G2 dome for signal? I need to test mine to see if broke. I have under warranty and I'm trouble shooting to see if Direct TV box or G2 Dome.

Light are on but dish doesn’t move. Not sure if dish or box. Box gives me 771 loss signal. It worked when purchased but not now. I want someone whi has a working box to connect to my G3 and see if it responds. If it responds then I’ll know it’s the direct tv box. Then I can request a new box.
