Skylight replacement and other question

Well apparently my warrenty ended the end of July and the coverage for extended doesnt help.

So i need to change a bathroom skylight and reseal the front cap to roof seam. Trailer has been parked at a camp site since may. This past weekend found water leaking at the skylight. ��

Anyone have any tips or best way to do so? Need to order a new skylight but will likely tackle it myself.

On a positive note did a roof cleaning!

Take your time and clean the area very well of old sealant, be careful not to over tighten the screws and seal the area with good quality sealant.

do a search on you tube. I have seem some good ones on how to replace the skylight. Not hard, just takes time.
