I'm winterizing my camper this year for the first time. Last year the dealer took care of it. I asked to be shown how or the proper way to do this and I can't seem to get anyone to give me an answer that should be simple. I did the YouTube and have learned allot but there is one piece of the equation I don't understand. For starters this is what has been done.
1. Drained Hot Water Heater (Probe Out)
2. Drained Fresh Water Tank
3. Gray Water #1 Empty (Valve In Open Position)
4. Gray Water #2 Empty (Valve In Open Position)
5. Black Water Empty
6. The Blue & Red lines on the underside opened and drained
7. Kitchen Facet Open (Both Hot & Cold)
8. Bathroom Facet Open(Both Hot & Cold)
9. Shower Facet Open(Both Hot & Cold)
10. Toilet Drained
11. Poured Antifreeze in Kitchen P Trap
12. Poured Antifreeze in Bathroom P Trap
13. Poured Antifreeze in Shower
14. Poured Antifreeze in Toilet
15. I turned the two valves off at HOT Water Tank and opened the bypass valve.
So the question is what do I do with these two Antifreeze points. I just put the valve in off position then put antifreeze in with pump or what? The valve was in open position so I assumed I was suppose to put in off position. Can someone help me. The dealer told me they could not tell me because of liability. I said what? Go figure.

Thanks for you help.
I went to the Forrest River Web site to see if I could find a video. There is a video but not one for my set up and question. So, I tried.

Wish I could help with your specific question, but I don't know the answer. However, one reminder - if you have an exterior shower, be sure to drain those lines and run antifreeze through them as well.
