Thank you XLR toy hauler division of forest river! Our son Max loves to camp! We bought a toy hauler to use its ramp for wheelchair access. Our problem was that the doorway from garage area to living area of camper was too narrow for wheelchair. The team at XLR factory offered to install wider door. They took care of maintenance and several other things on our 4 year old camper while it was at the factory Monday.
XLR team is the hardest working employees with the largest heart, starting with their plant Manager!

I'm glad to hear that the accommodations were made for your son. Bob, his team, and Kevin Paine (West Coast Rep), always step up to the plate and make me glad I bought an XLR Thunderbolt.

We are back at the factory Thursday so my son Max, daughter and wife can meet Bob and the team at xlr. We wanted to thank them for all that they did for us. Look forward to seeing the great team at XLR one more time!
