Anybody with this model get a loaded catscale rating to determine their true pin weight? We are shopping for a new fifth wheel and DH wants a fiver TH. We, of course are limited by our 3500 SRW diesel (no a DRW is not going to happen for my daily driver).

I have run calculations using dry weight plus the cargo weight we will add into it..... We typically add 1500 lbs to our trailers. I rounded up to 2000 lbs to give extra room. We have no current toys but will be using the garage as a bedroom. The yellow sticker on the lot model we are looking at is 11935 lbs. Loaded that would give us 13935 lbs. I am guessing it to be a 21% pin weight (2926lbs). Increase to 24% and the pin weight would be right at my maximum payload. The brochure gvwr is 16545 lbs.

Here are my truck's specs and catscale weights with fuel, family, hitch, dog, etc.

Specs:
GVWR 11,600 lbs
GCWR 24,500 lbs
GRAWR 7,050 lbs
GFAWR 5,600 lbs

Catscale:
Front axle 4900
Rear axle 3380
Total truck weight 8280

Calculated available payload: 3320
Calculated adjusted towing capacity: 16,220 lbs

I know the gvwr is over but I will not be loading 4000 lbs into this toy hauler, especially given we do not have a golf cart, motorcycle, boat etc. We will be putting a few bicycles, chairs etc in the garage but that stuff is already in my cargo added above.

I am a member of the weight police so please help me get this right before we buy. I know we will need to add some airbags to sit level and they will not help my weight capacities. Please double check my numbers. Can we do this or is this pushing my limits too much? We do hit the occasional east coast mountains with 7% grades. I do have an exhaust brake on my diesel as well as integrated brake controller etc. Thanks
