18x47x14 I just had it installed last week and I've been wondering when the birds will try to move in. A fake owl mounted on the top or a predator bird sound box should do the trick.

Sounds like a good idea, I have a few fake owls from farming a few years ago.
Thanks

Dont leave your side patio down/open during a rain. We found out the hard way fr did not intend for that to be leakproof. Our kitchen and garage flooded. Fr said not their problem. Fighting with them and the dealer now. If it looks even like a sprinkle, you better close it

Wow, sorry to hear this!

We actually have left the front deck down during a few heavy rain storms. No issues other than the fireplace glass gets all spotted when the water spots dry up.

I will now make sure I roll up the front deck however before a noted storm comes along, better safe than sorry.
