2017 WA2715 water damage

I have a friend who has a 2017 W a 2715 toy hauler with water damage curious if anyone else has had this type of damage it had sat outside for like two years but there’s no visible signs where water has run down the wall. The damage is near the entry door. The camper headset outside on level ground for like two years. It’s been stored indoors for the last year. Probably only used about three weeks out of the entire time they have owned it. There is moisture between the two sheets of linoleum. And the insulation is soaked between the moisture barrier on the bottom of the floor and waferboard decking material. Any thoughts on the source of the water damage would be helpful thank you.

I had water damage on my 2016 wa2916 with less than 1yr in. dealer couldnt diagnose it. I did. I fixed the issue on my own (no more water in), but they repaired the ceiling and wall.

Pulling my 2314 in the rain, I noticed a short stream of water going from the lower front corner of the entry door toward the bathroom door along the floor.

So you might want to check there.

I've checked several times with the trailer parked in the rain and nothing. Only the one time while towing.
