How do I Play sound from Outside Speakers

Hello,

I just bought a 2018 Stealth 2916G Private Party. I can't figure out how to play music on the two speakers on the outside of the trailer. I can't seem to find the control for that and I don't see it in the owner's manual. Can anyone help please?

Thanks,

Mags

The technique varies depending on what brand stereo you have but generally the procedure is as described in this thread.

What DVD/Radio do you have? They all work differently. You may have an A,B,C speaker selection or it may be a balance control.

I have a furrion radio in my 2019. It has a zone 1 and 2. 1 is interior and 2 is exterior.

I have the Furrion entertainment system and it is zone 3 for outside. Zone 2 is bedroom and zone 1 is the front set of speakers.

Here's the Forest River site's link to the audio visual PDFs for your 2018 Stealth; this should help. You can scroll down (on the right) to your particular system; I believe you said it was a Jensen?!

Usually there different speakers on different cirucuits. They might be labeled, 1,2,3 or A, B,C. Try all of them until you get outside sound. Similar to a home stereo system.

Is that factory of did someone install an aftermarket Kenwood? I've never seen a KW in a RV before.

Edit ------------------------

Ok, I was curious. It is apparently the Kenwood KDC-152 and is an option in that model. Here is a link to the PDF owners manual for the KDC-152. It only has the 4 speaker outputs, so it must be via the front/rear fader control to change from inside to out (or a mix of both):

Select ‘A’ or ‘B’ on stereo. ‘A’ is usually inside and ‘B’ is usually outside.
