Smile Shower door

The glass shower door on our 2016 ss9913 Stealth does not stay on the lower track. Therefore, the door does not close properly. How can we fix that? Thanks in advance.

I have added photos of the problem. As you can see only one tab in the bottom rail is in place, the other 3 are not. This doesn't allow for the door to completely close.

I have the same problem and the tabs seem to slip back into place as they go around the curve when I put a little pressure on the bottom of the door.

Door hinges? My shower door started giving me fits a couple years ago. I finally traced the problem to worn hinges. On mine the hinge pinmis a piece of nylon maybe 3/16 inches in doameter by about 1/4 inch long on the small portion. On the larger part its about 1/4 diameter. There is a screw thru the larger part into the door. To supposidly hold things in place. If that is hoe yours works, then replacing the hinge pins is how to fix the problem.
