Underbelly barrier protector

Hello, Anyone know the product used to protect the underbelly of a Stealth? Its a black barrier sandwiched with silver foil on the upside and a thin layer of insulation.

Tnx!

I have it on my Shockwave. It is not in my opinion very good. Any gouge or scape and it will perforate immediately. Makes it almost impossible to reach tanks etc. I would not think it has any insulation factor. To remove and replace would take the better part of a day.
