Not happy primarily trailer it's broke down again!! And we are getting the runaround from the dealer!! Need branden Yorks phone number!

Wheel baring shot & bent Axel don't even have 2000 miles on trailer! Dealer has not even submited clam yet! It's Ben over a week.

This shows he cares about the product his company is providing the market place. Quite frankly it's like a breath of fresh air in an industry that has suffered from a lack of customer service. I don't own a PT camper but at least it seems they're trying....all the way to the top of the company. You won't find many COO's on a forum period, let alone at 4am. -- Jeff(rvguy)- keep up the good work! Your success and many awards, shows your doing it right!
