2012 Crusader 260 RLD. Awning.

Could someone tell me what company made the power awning and model number please? There’s nothing about the awning in the owners Manuel. The non motor end came unsprung because end was removed and it wasn’t pinned. As it spun out the end piece broke. From what I could tell it seems the end piece is pinned. I got 2 weeks to figure this out and we gotta hit the road with it. Where can I get parts?

Our 2014 Crusader has a Dometic model 9100

Is there a sticker on the roller tube? Ours is on the tube at the front end and visible when awning is extended

It has the model and serial numbers on it as well as manufacture date

X2 When you get the new end cap & install it with 3 new rivets, it then has to be retensioned (rewound), pinned then rebolted to the awning arm. I believe it takes 9 or 11 revolutions to retension the spring.
