2013 Sanibel Light Fixture
During my last 5th wheel move, the lens cover over one of the under the counter light fixtures fell off. Upon inspection, I noticed one of two stubs on the fixture was broken off and now the cover only can be held in place on one side. Does anyone know where I can buy a new fixture. I have googled the model number and cannot find it anywhere. I am on the road and know Primetime's response will be to contact the dealer, who will require me to drop off the unit at there dealership in NC. I am currently in Florida and will not return to VA for a couple of months. Rather fix it myself than put up with numerous dead ended phone calls getting it fix under warrantee. The model number on the fixture cover is RV Luminaire WF-9930-x

I would send a picture to your dealer and ask him to send you the part needed and you will install it yourself because you are in Florida...

Why not contact a primetime dealer in FL? Use the dealer locater on the website or call your original dealer and see if they will ship it to you as others have said.

Here are photos of my issue. As you can see, one stub is broken,so when the cover is put into place only one side is locked into place. It looks like the it needs to be replaced because the cover does not stay in place. I am presently in Avon Park, Florida and will be leaving in 5 days.

I am in Venice, FL. If you are going up I-95 you can stop at General RV in Orange Park, FL (just north of Jacksonville). Call and ask for Greg Williams in service 904-458-3000, address is 1577 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073. This is a large Prime Time dealer.
If you take I-75 back you can stop at Company Campers Inn of Leesburg, 3230 US Hwy 27/441 Fruitland Park, FL 34731, 352-787-7744. Could also take US 27 north to Fruitland Park, 90 mile drive.
Another Sanibel dealer is Florida Outdoors RV Country, 4300 US Hwy 441 South, Okeechobee, FL 34974 863-623-4689 This is a smaller dealer. Take Hwy 27 down to Hwy 70 left at the light 1/2 hr ride to Okeechobee.. Total trip of about 60 miles.
Hope this helps.

Well no luck in searching for replacement on the web. You can always drill two small hole in light cover and use two small black screws to hold or try to make a stub by modifying the head of a small screw and screwing it where the stub was. Good luck.

I decided to send the photos and description to my dealer. This time I sent it to the Service Manager since I have not to date been able to get a response via email from the service advisor I was told to direct my issues to. I received a response from the Manager the next day informing me that the part is on order and will contact me for shipping instructions once they receive it. Lesson relearned. Don't give up the ship! Go over the head of an individual who does not provide satisfactory customer service.

Unfortunately that is what I find myself doing all the time. If I'm getting nowhere with the first person, work your way up the chain. There are so many people in this world that can't do there jobs it's unreal. You have to ride people butts all the way through the process. Hate relying on other people because it seems there always a nimrod in the chain.

I'm having the same problem. My trailer is brand new.and the lens/trim was missing. Forest River sent my dealer the wrong light twice now. If you were able to find one, I would love to know were. I wasn't able to find it on the Internet either.

The same problem
I have a FR 360PDEK with the same recessed light fixtures and the same broken tab issues. I have emailed World Friendship Co with the model and part number, and I wait there response.
In the mean time, I went to Home Depot and picked up some clay/gum/silly puddy type stuff, which I forget what it is called. It is easy to work with, and can be rolled and molded into a nice little "wad" which sticks the lens up and holds it tight. It has not fallen off, even with some hefty bumps.
It's cheap, and it works...probably get it at wallmart as well, next time you are moving.
Hope it helps!

I would be interested in hearing what you find out from World Friendship Co.

FR finally sent me the right lens and trim. I also found that FR cut the hole for the fixture to big. The screws weren't going into anything. I mixed up some epoxy and glued mollies to the wood. So far so good.
