2015 Sanibel 3601 vinyl flooring info needed

I was wondering if any one may know the mfr name of the vinyl flooring PrimeTime used in this model. I now have about a 5 inch hole in the flooring due to a small flashlight than became lodged under the main slide when I tried to put it out. The flashlight ripped a hole in the vinyl flooring that I should repair.

You can handle this 2 ways;

1) If the piece that ripped is still attached (or not) could you try gluing it back down & smoothing it out with a weighted roller. If done right, it won't be that noticeable.

2) If you're of the mind to replace the entire vinyl floor, why not just go to your nearest flooring store and pick out something similar or more to your liking. Trying to get any information on the exact design/manufacturer on the existing flooring would probably take longer than if you just picked out something on your own.
