2016 28RL Crusader Electrical Issue

In Nov, Prime Time picked up the unit and took it to Indiana to replace the floor. Just got it back. While towing it home, everything electrical worked fine. Got home, opened it up, and now the slides and the jacks work fine, but nothing else does. No awning, no lights, no power. Reset all breakers, fuses look ok. Connected to the truck or shore power, no difference. What am I doing wrong?

Send a message via Yahoo to bob caldwell
Maybe they removed the converter terminal strips and didn't tighten stuff down and the road trip vibrated stuff loose?

How much "electrical" stuff did you use on the way home....how many stops? Check the battery disconnect switch in the docking station area.....maybe it got inadvertently turned off. On mine, when the battery switch is off, the jacks & slides still work but, nothing else.

BTW, does the shore power 120 volt side work ie, microwave, Tv's etc.?

Several things it could be.
Do you own a multimeter, know how to use it and able to do basic electrical troubleshooting?

Problem solved. It was the battery disconnect switch located on the port side in a little locked compartment. Thanks all.

Check the battery disconnect. I accidentally hit mine on mine 315 RST and it took me quite a while to troubleshoot it to that swith (push/pull handle). In is disconnected.
