Probably isn't one. Less connections to leak.

I have a Prime Time TracerAir and there's no sink water cutoff. I've never seen any RV with a sink cutoff.

If no water is coming from the kitchen faucet(which I think you mean, rather the water coming from the sink), I suggest that the first thing to do is remove the faucet aerator. Construction debris clog, is the most common cause. Especially on new RVs.

I remove the faucet aerator as suggested but there was no debris or any sign of water I have a call into the dealership but so far the service department has not returned it there must be a shut off somewhere I can't find or the plumbing was never hooked up originally

Looking at pics. on the web site, I see lots of blank panels in the kitchen area & next to the sofa. Can you gain access to under the sink & see which way the blue & red water lines go? If they go down through the floor, is the outside underbelly of the Avenger enclosed? If not, you may be able to see the water lines coming down through the floor & trace them from there until you find the source ends.

I found the problem. The spicket was plugged up where the water lines go into it looked like metal shavings or metal chips. Thanks for everyone's help

Well, it was construction debris, just in a different spot.
Glad you solved it!
