Videos I have found said you insert it thru a hole in the slide out and have one end of the shaft slide onto the end of a square drive head. There aren’t any holes for such. I don’t see any square drive ends. Other videos I have found are practically as useless.
The owner’s manual actual says to reference the owner’s manual for how to operate it manually.
The reason I’m asking is because I have that tool and plus upon arriving at the park I’m at I discovered a blown fuse on a slideout circuit that I took care of but this got me thinking about what to do if a fuse replacement wasn’t the quick and easy fix.

The crank handle you have MAY be for lowering the spare tire that is mounted under the RV (if in fact that is where the spare tire is). As far as I know, Sanibel's have hydraulic levelers AND hydraulic slide out mechanism. The only way to 'manually" open or close the slides on this type is to turn the hex drive located on the end of the hydraulic pump motor.
The related youtube video shows troubleshooting various types of slides. The Lippert hydraulic slide solution starts at the 7 minute mark.
