320RLT Crusader

Ok, got to say, after all the heartaches of the 320RLT when I first bought it. After 5000 mls. and a month on the road, the Crusader peformed great. No problems on our trip to TX. CO. WY.and S.D. The only problem is the radio knob on the Ram fell off with about 60 mls from the house.
With 1 days left on the warranty, got to get it in for a leaking check valve on the hot water heater.
Ya'll make a good trailer, maybe you should try to put a little more quality in the work from the factory so you can be the best from the get go.

That's good to hear Southernsky.I know early on you were not a happy camper.(no pun intended)Maybe I've been one of the "lucky ones", but honestly other than the refrigerator acting a little quirky and I have ordered 2 new cooling fans to rectify that, we've been pretty much problem free. I'd like to think that as a new company they will have some QC issues and will get them worked out eventually.After owning this one for a year and having owned 3 others previously,my honest opinion is that this is what it is.An average Fifth wheel with some good design ideas at a decent price.I think it runs in the middle of the pack with many others.However because they are new and one would think they are trying to get and KEEP customers,hopefully their customer service will remain as good as it's been.
