Adding 2nd AC 325res

I am thinking about adding a 2nd (in the bedroom) AC unit. I keep my 325res in a pole barn and have a total of 13' 2" of clearance from the concrete to the rafters. I have about 13" of clearance from the roof of the 5ver to the rafters.I am looking at the Penguin II and am confused some specs say 9.5" others say 11.5" for the height. I am looking for somewhere to find out for sure.
