Have a new 380MBH, I can raise the antenna but can not turn it is there a trick to get it to turn, Never had this issue with our last unit. Too minor to make a 125 mile trip each way. Thank You

I didn't know they were supposed to turn...

Pull down on the ring below the handle and rotate the antenna

Make sure you line up the arrows when you get ready to lower the antenna before you crank it down

Winegard batwing antennas rewire being turned to pick up signals.
some antennas are fixed.

depends on which brand.
