Bedroom slide leaking

My schwintek bedroom slide has leaked and I had to replace the floor in the slide. I took the outside trim around the bottom out to get the floor out and I disassembled the bed support/storage inside to give access. I resealed the outside trim, bottom and front, and checked the roof and other areas with Decor non-leveling sealant. I am a General Contractor and should know what to look for so I thought it would be ok. Wrong! Two weeks later I noticed water collecting in the vapor barrier under the slide, same spot that was rotted before. Now I am considering taking the slide apart to reseal edge of roof, all outside trims, and any other place i think might be necessary. There is no delamination of the exterior walls to indicate where the problem might be. The floor is wet on the front exterior corner and going back about 8 inches along the sidewall corner. Can anyone give me some insight into this problem and what I might face taking this apart. Thanks for any help you can give.

Resealing all seams is a good idea, but you shouldn't have to take the slide out or remove the old seams. Running water over the roof should help find the leak.

Have you checked the seals around the marker lights?
Do you think you might have a slow plumbing leak? One way to check that would be to disconnect from city water and use the fresh water tank and the water pump. If you've got a leak, that pump should try to repressurize the system over time.

I did the same except mine was the rear slide corner. I just cut out and replaced half of the floor & glued and fishplated the seam to the top of the existing floor (hidden under the bed) then reinstalled the carpet. The only place I could possibly see where water was getting in was the gear track attached to the side of the slide. On mine, there was an extra hole drilled into the center of the track right near the outside edge that didn't have any sealant. So, along with resealing (as you did) the front lower flange & the vertical flange, I also resealed the track & filled in the hole. Hope this helps.

Donno if this applies to your situation or not but....
our schwintek slide is for our main cabin. It leaked in
and wet the floor in the trailer not the slide floor.
I discovered early on that if I set up just slightly low on the slide side
that doesn't happen anymore.
I believe the water was running off the slide roof and down the slide sides and then following the tracks inside. Just moving the side to side level bubble so it's touching the line rather than dead center between the lines is
enough to stop it.
Hope you find your leak!

I had a window leak in my slide window and rear window. I high recommend cap sealing all your windows with pro flex. It looked like the slide was leaking but it was the window. Bad seal from the factory. As always do not use silicone.
