Theresa, did you get a chance to check the fuses? If so, what is the verdict?

Check at fuse box there may be a fuse in line and it usually is enclosed so hard to find. Later RJD

how far away is the dealer ....

if close to home go for a visit and ask them to do another walk through ... they could use another trailer on their lot
OR you drag your trailer back to them

make a list of stuff you have questions about.

I am going to take my camper back to my dealer which is one hour away. They don’t have another on their lot exactly like mine. I have a list started of items that need to be addressed. I’m planning on leaving the camper there for a week to give them time to fix the problems. I will also ask for another walk through with a seasoned tech. Now that I’ve had time to explore my camper I know what questions to ask them.

That’s what I’m thinking too. I’m going to have the dealer check for an inline fuse. I don’t know where to begin looking. They installed the battery.

another good source is your campground manager or hosts
don't be shy of asking them for help if you get to a campground and can't get something to work.

Manufacturers often use the same components and are just different because of their layout... experienced campers can sometimes easily find/workout where your stuff is and how to troubleshoot.

A WEEK!
Please verify with them if that is possible. Some dealers take a week to diagnose a problem, then several weeks to get the problems fixed. Sometimes it takes them months to get parts, so make certain you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
We are no longer under warranty, but waiting on parts took 6 weeks. We were able to take ours home and bring it back for a one day installation for parts, but that took some negotiation with partial payment in advance.

Follow your positive battery cable from the battery on back. If you run into one of these, look for a tiny black reset button. Press it & everything should come back on.

It will likely be on the bottom side of the frame, below the batteries or propane bottles, or just under the trailer. You may have to lie on your back on the ground to find it. Just follow the positive battery cable, as stated.

The button is tiny, and you must depress it until it clicks.

I just find it hard to believe that the OP's 2023 Tracer doesn't have a factory battery disconnect switch. My 2016 TracerAir had one.
Maybe if it was from their stick and tin Avenger line.

On my 2018 255RB the battery disconnect switch is located in the water connection compartment.

Good luck on having items fixed in a week. It may take them at least 3 weeks or more just to get to looking at it then who knows how much longer it will take to fix. Lot of stories on here folks taking in for warranty work and getting back camper any where from a month or longer. Just hope you got a good dealer. Later RJD

my 2022 Tracer 24dbs disconnect is in the convenience center door the big red key. It's not exact same model but weird you don't have one visible.

I will speak with my dealer about the timing. Thanks for the heads up.
