Can’t locate battery disconnect in Prime Time Tracer

My new battery is fully charged but nothing turns on in my 2023 Prime Time Tracer 200bhles. I assume it must have a battery disconnect engaged but I can’t locate it. Can anyone please tell me where it is? I have looked everywhere.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Check under the tongue by the propane tanks that seems to be a favorite place for the Mfg to place them. let the forum know what you find.

Your dealer didn't show you it, during the PDI/walk-through?
I'm guessing in the driver's side front compartment. Probably a pull/push switch, on the panel where you do your water/tv hookups.

Yep, that's how my TracerAir's disconnect switch is like, only it's on the upper left side.

There’s no battery disconnect under the tongue or in the front compartment. The ohm meter says the battery is fully charged but no power is getting to the fuse box.

No, not the same. I don’t have that panel in mine.

The guy that did my walkthrough got fired the next day. Apparently he wasn’t doing a good job for anyone including me. Unfortunately. No, the disconnect isn’t under the tongue, or in the front compartment or near any other controls. There’s no power from the battery getting to the fuse box. Maybe it’s a wiring issue and there isn’t actually a battery disconnect on my camper?

Anything is possible.
Try calling your dealer to see if they can tell you where it is. If all else fails, you might need to take it in.

I’ve called my dear. They emailed me saying it might be in the front compartment. I had already told them it wasn’t. I tried calling them back, had to leave a message but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. I hate to have to take it all the way back there but I feel like I have no choice. It’s brand new so they need to figure this out. Very frustrating though.

Your other alternative is a mobile rv technician. You can call FR (or perhaps your dealer) to get prior approval. You many have to pay in advance and get reimbursed.

Moved thread from the Forest River Lifestyle sub-forum to the PrimeTime sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information and not anything about Lifestyle.

Yes, everything worked at the dealership when it was plugged in.

I assume you mean volt meter and the voltage is 12.6v or higher.

The battery can't charge when disconnected.

Yes, I mean a volt meter. The battery is showing 12.6v.
The battery is new. The dealer charged it before installing it.

If everything works on shore power, check the reverse polarity fuses at the power panel.

There’s currently no power going to the fuse box from the battery when checked with a voltage meter but I will check the reverse polarity fuses with an ohm meter to see if the fuse is blown. But I don’t see how, if they are blown, that would prevent power from getting from the battery to the fuse box.
