Couch Covering/Slip Cover for Sanibel - Any Ideas?

2015 PrimeTime Sanibel with "Heritage" (bankrupt) sleeper couch. Needless to say that horrendous material is disintegrating rapidly. We are willing to cover it (yes, 2 dogs!) with anything that works OK. Custom sewn covers quoting $6-800 though! This is the off set, high sided (great for watching TV) odd shape couch. So none of the generic covers we have tried will fit, stay on or look in any way passable. Wondering if anyone else has had this experience and found a product or an idea that worked for you. (PS LOVE the Sanibel, but the "fight with me" windows, always warped window coverings and the chair/couch coverings are big downers in our model).

Last year noticed the same issue on the theater seating in our 2014 Lacrosse. Fabric covering just cracking and peeling off.

We searched for months for one to fit until we found Rooms to Go & the Cindy Crawford collection. Her selections are suitable to fit in the space of the "lounging couch". We almost bought one but, found a better fit in a local furniture store. Be careful of the dimensions.... I almost had to remove the entire entry door & frame to get it in but, the two delivery guys were experienced & got it in, just barely! I think the Cindy Crawford one would have gone in easier but, wouldn't have filled the space as nice as the England Furniture Co. (division of Lazy-Boy) one did.
