Has anyone had problems with their axles? This is the second time that the outer bearing broke apart and the hub fell off the axle! The bearing was greased.

It would help to list the year of your rig and the type and weight rating of your axles the Mfg installs different equipment on the same rigs.

It's a 2013. Where do I find the eight rating?

There should be a sticker on the axle listing MFG and weight.

I have a 2013 260 RLD, with 4400# Dexter axles, I have not had any problems with my axles. Suspension is a different matter and I have upgraded that so my tires don't rub the bottom of the trailer any longer.

I have a 2012 290RLT. This happened to me once in March 2015. Camper was 3 years old. Passenger side rear wheel. I had to replace the axel and hub.

2013 290rlt

I have the 2013 290RLT and have both bearings fail on just 1 wheel. My bearings are always well greased. The wheel on the refrigerator/sofa side. There might be too much weight on that side. The axles on that model just barely meet the GVWR of the trailer in my opinion.

Do you know what size your axles are? That's the same side our problem was on. We did find out that the hub that was put on the first time it failed was not a heavy duty hub and the bearings were wrong.

I have all my axle info including weight rating and part numbers. I'll try to attach it to this reply.
