Question Deposit down on 2011 Tracer 205M

Well as so often happens you have one make & model in your head then you wander down the used RV lane ... After our 7th visit to an RV dealer in two different cities, this being the 4/5th visit to this particular dealership BF was more inclined to look at a used model.
For the next 2 years or so weekend/vaca camping then FT. Besides us just two large dogs.

BF put down a deposit today on what appears to be a moderately used (mild interior scuffs & scratches very dusty) on a Tracer Ultra Lite 205M for under $7k. We have 10 days to make a final decision.

We were this close to pulling the trigger on a 2015 Jayco 195 which also has a Queen walk around bed till we saw the Tracer.
Tracer has soo many upgrades but the same floor plan we love; bathroom sink & counter, medicine cabinet, bigger fridge, & bigger kitchen sink all for less.
We were planning on some mods anyways like a kitchen backslash, dinette slip covers, curtains, new mattress memory foam topper.

Anyone have any experience on this model besides the posts from 2011 ? How has the roof held up after 5 years ? Would you pick this TT again knowing what you now know ?

Besides the water tank size mentioned in the past posts what should we pay special attention to before committing ?

Thanks for input,
Brenda & Joe

Sorry for pics being sideways ni idea how to turn them via the taptalk app.

Sign finance paperwork tomorrow feel pretty confident we've made a good decision both on make/model as well as price. Barring anything major found during prep we will be new to us Prime Time owners

Went back last Weds. to snap pics of labels on the big 3 ; Dometic fridge/freezer, Dometic roof top a/c & Atwood furnace. Researching manuals as well as replacement costs.

We have a 2014 tracer 3200bht and we really enjoy it, have to had any problems yet. I can't speak for this model but everything I have seen/ heard has been pretty positive about the Prime Time quality.

Have fun!

Thank you for your reply.
Demo & paper signing $ exchange is this Friday. Hopefully we can borrow a friend's pickup for the tow home. Then the real fun starts with mods, lol.

We are officially owners. Few minor issues found during the dealer demo which were taken care of.
Few pleasant after market surprises by previous owner; sound system upgrade buggy for bf as he's a blues hermonica player, vent covers & bathroom vent fan, winterization kit added to h2o tank, electric heating unit to propane hot h2o heater.
Friend picked it for us since we still need a TV. He's on his 3rd TT also a mechanic. He said it towed like it wasn't there really likes the floor plan. Sorry he let his wife talk him into a bigger unit.
Let the mods & shopping for a TV begin !
