Dump tank handles - mystery 3rd handle

I just picked up a 2013 Crusader 260 RLD and it has the grey and black tank dump handles inside the drivers side storage bay door. I found another handle under the side skirting, just in front of the wheels. The handle is broken off, but I have no idea what it is for.....
anyone out there know what it does?

Thanks,

Your trailer has the same tank capacity as my Crusader 295RST. I suspect your trailer is plumbed the same as mine. The grey water is actually held in two tanks. One for the bathroom sink and shower, and the other one for the kitchen sink. The handle under the skirting dumps the kitchen sink tank and the handle in the storage dumps the bathroom shower and sink tank.

Galley Tank Handle

I have the 2013 Crusader 290 which is pretty much the same as yours. That handle is definitely for the galley tank(kitchen sink). That handle screws on so be sure to check it now and then. Mine unscrewed and fell off at some point. But it was an easy replacement.

Thanks guys,
Interesting that I can't seem to find anything in the manual or any other source that tells me this stuff. In fact, everything I did find, said this trailer only had 1 grey and 1 black tank. Good to have vast resource here on the forum.

Any ideas on the size of the two grey tanks?

Grey Tank Info

Also, at the top of the Forum Page there is a Search Box. If you type in something like "Primetime Crusader 260rld grey tank" you will find past posts that have the answers to both of your questions. One even has a picture of the galley tank handle location. Welcome to the Forum as it is a great place to get info on your 5th wheel.

Buy a new handle and be sure to loctite it when you install it,, otherwise you'll be doing it again.

That's because the owners manual is generic and has NO model-specific nor brand-specific information. What you're reading is strictly a general statement and nothing to do with your particular model.
Generic owners manuals are the RV Industry standard.

used for, as the spects said it only had a black tank and a gray tank and they

were inside the storage box. then findly called PRIME TIME AND WAS

INFORMED THAT I HAD TWO GRAY TANKS. AFTER USING DYE FOUND OUT

THEY WERE RIGHT. ONE IS FOR KIT. AND THE OTHER IS FOR SHOWER AND

Thanks all,

I replaced the broken handle and proceeded to dump 20.5 gallons from the galley tank. PO had no clue what the handle would be for.

now on to other fixes/adventures
