Great..now my Bus door is leaking..now what?

Of course this would happen to the OCD of campers here. I just opened up my front Bus door to clean it out for summer and i noticed a few wet things in there.. So i sprayed the door down to try to pin point the leak and i see water running from the top of the door right down the middle. hard to see exactly where its coming from but water is 100% getting in.. Now what? are these doors replaceable? This could have happened winter long... i dont smell or notice any water damage to my eye, but i could be wrong. Its the front bus door on the awning side... Now im in a panic again.

when the slam door is closed, when i shine flashlight in from other slam door i can see water dripping from somewhere around this middle tape piece... how would I fix this? i really hope no major damage is done now..
