I would like to give a big shout out to Gary for keeping track of all the new prime time owners. You've done a great job. I think it's pretty amazing how popular this site is. Great info. available. Seems like Prime Time has a great product with great service and great customers. Keep up the good work Gary.

AMEN! I met Gary today and he's as fine a gentlemen in person as he appears to be on the forum. I'm glad he's a PT owner.

Thanks. Gives me something to do and keeps me out of trouble.

I want to aplogize for dropping the ball on the PT rally. Looks like we can camp the second weekend in October. Found a really nice small campground near Hodgen, Oklahoma. I believe the name is Cedar Lake Campground. If anyone would care to join us we can discuss a rally for next spring. That will give everyone a chance to plan. Let me know if your interested and I'll send you the campground details.

2011 Lacrosse 296BHS
Purchased June 2010

Left the house that day with cash in hand to buy me a quad bunkhouse. Went to 1st dealer, dead set on a Rockwood 8317, but they had none in stock and the confused salesman swore that model was discontinued. Drove to next dealer to look at a Keystone Passport. It was nice and displayed inside right next to a Lacrosse 296. Salesman encouraged to check out the Lacrosse and we were blown away at how much nicer it was than the Passport for about the same price. When my 3 year old said to me " I love this trailer", I plunked down the cash and made a deal even though I had never heard of Primetime before. So it appears I made the best decision in my choice of trailers.

Thanks for the words of wisdom and experience, Gary. With the threat of tornados and real severe weather you and your family live through on a daily basis, your guidance will surely help.

Congrats on getting the new 5'er.

I usually let the wife put things where she wants inside the trailer and I worry about the outside. She does get a little tired of me asking, Where's this?" or "Where's that?"
Kind of like what we do at home. Works for us.

Enjoy your trip and then post us some pics when you get back.

Notice of final sale has been accepted and instructions for the official PT Crew Members Secret Handshake will be forthcoming. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Lacrosse 301 problems

I bought my 2011 Lacrosse 301 towards the end of winter, I had it parked in my yard and when I opened it up in the spring, the ceiling trim and some moldings were all hanging lose. They fixed it but the problems keep coming, it sits in a seasonal for the summer and when the season gets done Im taking it back to the dealership for repairs. The more I used the entrance door, the harder it opened. It would make such a noise when opening and closing, I found the culprit hinge at the bottom and unscrewed it, works ok now but I will have them fix it when I haul it back. The remote entrance lock didnt work and they had to replace that already. My cupboards are all lose, 2 of the cabinet doors fell off and the screw holes look like they drilled the holes out to big. I had to replace the backwash valve, when I would run the Black water tank flush water would come through the valve under my bathroom sink and flood the bathroom floor. One of the decals outside was coming off, I fixed it before it got worse but come on Primetime, I paid 30 grand for this trailer, I have never had so much problems with a new camper before. I'm sure they will fix everthing but wow, what a disappoitment.
