I left my valances but took off the surrounding ones on the side of the windows.....making opening and closing the day/night shades easier.

I used some really light colored wood filler from Home Depot. Matched in the interior almost perfect and they have a lot to choose from.

Bought a tube of filler------------

Bought a tube of filler from Lowe's in the engineered wood flooring department, all kinds of color. The HRH said it matches perfect!

About to leave to go to a neighborhood block party. I told MOMMA to put some paint on the barn before we go.

Didn't want her to scare anybody!

How's that?

Like the man use to say "I take my wife with me everywhere I go so I don't have to kiss her goodbye." He will get out of the hospital next week, but will have a permanent limp.

Timex, the HRH is always used around-----------

HRH is always used around my house, "HER ROYAL HIGHNESS" is (as you know) is always in charge, knows it all. fact of, I had a great set of encyclopedias, had to get rid of the set because the HRH knew more than was in the whole set!
