Met Chris Hermon Dayton RV Show

We were at the Dayton RV show and had the privilege to meet Chris. Other then LOVING our Crusader this is another reason we are so glad we went with Primetime. Chris is the VP at Primetime and he was there himself. I'm sure there was not another VP of any other manufacturer at the show. This just proves how important customer service is to them.

I had the privilege to meet RV Guy last summer when PT delivered the very first Sanibel to my dealer, Leisure Time RV. I found him to be very personable, friendly and easy to talk to. He also gave me a personal tour of the Sanibel.
He spent at least an hour in all with me answering questions and explaining some of PT's manufacturing materials and processes.
At the time I had my tt at the dealership to have the Jack antenna installed and he walked through my tt checking on how things were holding up and even gave me a few pointers, like the best way to store my two swivel rockers while traveling.
We also looked at some of the other PT units on the lot and I was very impressed at how he was able to discuss in detail each model.
I left feeling that he doesn't just sit behind a desk and run the company, but rather he is very involed with all aspects of Prime Time Manufacturing.

I too had the had the privilege to meet RV GUY at the Washinton DC/Dulles RV Show this past weekend. Got to talk to him a little but it seemed that the Prime Time display (especially the Sanibel) was very popular so, he was very much in demand and gave his undivided attention to anyone who had a question.

Thanks RV GUY for taking the time to talk to us and for producing a great quality product !!

Hmmm.....I was there Saturday, and if I knew he were there I would have introduced myself.
