New Crusader Owner Question?

I must have missed this on my walk through/orientation of my 290rlt. What the heck is the extra pull handle for under the trailer near the cleanout? I have a black and a grey pull handle inside the bay. But found this today and noticed it was in the "pulled out" position. Does it empty a second tank? If so, it sure is more difficult to reach than the other pulls. Thanks for any help.

2nd gray tank shut - off.

On my 260 rlt the second grey handle is for the kitchen grey water, the two inside are black and bath grey water.
