New Sanibel 3250 Owner

Just picked up our 2014 Sanibel 3250 at Thanksgiving and are on our shakedown to South Florida
Pulls like a dream with 2003 Chev 3500 Duramax, including over the Smokies
Really like the auto leveling Outstanding after 10 yrs with our Hitchhiker
Noticed you have to open the bedroom door to get into the bathroom Wished they'd hung it the other way
So far all is well, still got another ten days to play around with it
Great unit

We too just picked ours up on November 18th and had a too short 5 day shake down trip. I too agree that it pulls great. Being our first 5er, I got used to it in short order. As for the bathroom door, we have been in other units where the door was hung the other way and found that in most, you had to step down at least one step, turn, close the door just to be able to go back to the bedroom. We found that, although a tight squeeze, it's better to be halfway in the bedroom than negotiating the steps.

So, what mad you decide on the 3250 as opposed to the 3400?

Rick

It was on Sale at our dealer and we were in a time crunch
You put any towel holder/racks in? Also figure out best way to secure chairs and recliners?

Nov. 20th, 3 days old. In winter storage now. No mods yet. First was trying to find a place for the toilet paper holder where it wouldn't be in the way of the linen closet door or your elbow while doing......well, you know what . We ended up settling for just a round vertical toilet paper "tower" (Walmart). It's easy to move out of the way if needed. We checked out a few options for towel holders/rack and decided to just reuse our old over the door towel holders we had in our old TT.
