Dealer said the adjustment was not correct and will have to replace the tracks and make sure they are in proper adjustment. I suggest you closely inspect the tracks for this problem.

I noticed 1 gear tooth on each side of the top outer edge of my closet slide has a damaged or flaking off metal pieces on the tracks. Geeeesssh I will just add it to the list
But it seems to work great, I realy like the Schwintek slide system.
