Picked up an Avenger 191lt

On a whim I was in Boise to buy a Salem and dropped by another RV place and looked for a good deal. Ended up hitched up to an Avenger 191lt that had maybe three camp trips on it, everything brand new.

As I got it home last night I kept trying to find an owners manual. I don't know much about summerizing these things, first trailer for me.

Love the floor plan, I know it's popular. Tongue weight is more than I anticipated however I have a good WD hitch and no issues getting home after a 7.5 hour drive.

Welcome to the FORUM!
Congrats on the new unit!

Your dealer didn't show you how to de-winterize?

I'm not familiar with your unit but if it has rv antifreeze in it you need to flush that out via filling fw tank and bleach to sanitize.

After that you need to turn your water heater bypass valves .

They should have showed you this as well.

They did a walk through with me but it was a lot of information in the short time I was there, so I want to be sure that I understand how to do everything, get her fired up and ready to roll for this year.

I assume that the furnace on mine runs only off propane and not shore power since I spent the night in it at a buddy's house Saturday night, plugged in. And the heat did not work. Like I said, brand new to trailers, so I am in the dark about most stuff. Thanks for any advice.
