Positive Primetime Customer Service Experience!!!
This may not be a big deal to many people out there, but in a world where we tend to always hear about the negative experiences and not so much the positives, I thought it necessary to Praise Primetime's Customer Service Department.
I had submitted a parts request through their website in regards to ordering cabinets doors for the Dinette Storage area for our 2012 Lacrosse 318BHS as ours did not have them like the newer models do.
Literally fifteen minutes later, I got an email response back from Rick Koelndorfer stating they were available, the cost, shipping, etc... and if I would like them to let him know and he would have a Parts Representative call me to complete the order.
The reply I sent the following morning was followed up on within an hour by a very polite young lady named Rebecca who knew all of my information previously submitted, exactly what I wanted, verified that she had answered all of my questions and completed the order quickly. She said everything would ship out the next day.
The customer service was Great, and like I said in my opening, it probably isn't a big deal to most, but we always hear about the bad and not the good when there really are still a lot of good cases out there.
Thanks to Primetime for the Good Service and our Travel Trailer that we feel is a Quality Product.

That's great to hear positive service experiences. Most folks who have them don't share.

A Positive experience is more important than a negative one. Thanks for posting yours.

Good to hear these stories sometimes. I too had a very positive experience working with the folks at prime time directly. They were outstanding and very quick to get back to me and even follow up. Wish I could say the same for my local dealer! The complete opposite!

Prime Time Manufacturing, Manufacturers of travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers
It is its own manufacturing company but I guess technically owned by the same parent company as Forest River so it tends to be considered or lumped in with Forest River.
I may not have explained that exactly correct, but that is kind of the way I perceive it.
Someone with more inside knowledge than I have will come along and explain it better if I missed it the first go around.
EDIT: A Division of Forest River Inc. A Berkshire Hathaway Company

This is the reason I bought a Prime Time product. I toured the Sanibel & Crusader plant at the last Rally and I feel they care about their Customers and the RV that they build. I know you will always have some issues when you buy new but is reassuring to know they stand behind what they build.

Yes, Rick is first class. He bailed me out under warranty with a new inverter board when mine melted down in Gulfport, MS in June. It arrived the next morning.

I have had three interactions with them for customer service and they are great. Have owned our RV for two years with a few issues and they always helped us. Special thanks to Roger at Primetime

Prime Time Customer Care
I purchased a '14 3150BHD. I have been VERY happy with the TT, but like any new camper there were little things that needed fixing. The dealer was 'manageable' about warranty service but if there was ever any issue, regardless of how small, the folks at Prime Time were all over it. They have sent me parts directly for things I could fix free of charge, and when the dealer balked at some other issues, Prime Time called them directly to clarify that the work should be done and it was covered.
This is my 1st camper and I had heard many stories about how getting warranty work can be problematic, however so far Prime Time has made sure that I haven't had 1 issue. They call back quickly, are very helpful and as I said before, even will deal with the dealers to get work done. Any future campers I might buy I will look at Prime Times' selection 1st!!!!!!

I have had some warranty issues with our Sanibel, we couldn't get it to the dealer for repairs, contacted Rodger at prime time. Sent us the parts that needed replacement. Great people and Rodger is first class. I can't say enough how pleased with the people at prime time and Rodger. Happy Campers
