Prime Time Component User Manual Downloads

Greetings!

We see lots of requests for various user manuals here on the forum and regularly get email requests from customers on the same thing. So, we just added a new section to our web site that many of you will find helpful at times.

In this new section, we've added most of the owner's manuals, user guides, troubleshooting manuals etc, that we have access to. We will continue to add and update to this list as they become available to us. If there's something in particular that might be of help to our customers, reply to this thread and we will see if we can track it down to add.

We are working toward a page with more "HOW TO" and "USER" type information with commonly asked questions from our customers. That's coming soon.

Here's the link: http://www.primetimerv.com/ComponentManuals.aspx

Thanks, All!

PTM

RV Guy, that is a great resource. You should sticky this thread if you already haven't.

Please pass along this suggestion to the rest of FR and let them know the rest of us are asking for it. I can only hope that Forest River would adopt this as a best business practice for their webpage.

Only "The Man" (I mean moderators) can sticky.

Aha - apparently "sticky" means it stays at the top of the thread I looked everywhere for where it got "stuck" to and couldn't find it.

Sticky is a good thing on this one!

I'd like the right to Veto "stickies" in the future if there's one of those . . . uh . . . not so good threads

Thanks for all the positive feedback. Good ideas have a way of replicating in our industry. I'm sure you'll see more of this in the future.

When you visit the Prime Time section of this forum you will see, Sticky: at the top and then the link to this thread.
Whenever new threads or new posts to existing threads are posted the Sticky thread will stay at the top and not get filtered down.

RV Guy,

This is just another reason that we know we have made a very smart and informed decision to buy our new 2012 Prime Time Manufacturing Sanibel. We are definately proud owners and it is the what Prime Time is doing to set the trend for the RV Industry. I know the other manufactures are scratching their heads and trying to figure out how to catch up. Keep pushing forward!!!

Thanks for some fantastic products!!!

RV Guy,

Please check the links on the Prime Time website. If you click "Download Component Manuals" (large icon), it goes to the videos. You have to click the tiny "Component Owners Manuals" to actually go to the owners manual page.

Thumbs up PT Customer Service

Had to ask PT service a question the other day via their email set-up regarding Keypad remote locking kit.
Great response time. Had a reply with a definitive answer in under two hours and that was on a Friday afternoon.
Kudos! Shane

You are correct - there's not one on there for the furnace. At first, I thought it was an oversight on our part. After reviewing the one provided by Atwood, we realized it's more of an installation manual than a user manual and worthless to the retail customer. We are researching this with Atwood to see if they have something better that we can provide.

Good catch - thanks.
