Prime Time crusader thermal package

How can I tell if our 2014 Crusader 295rst te has a thermal package? it doesn't have a heat vent to the cargo area.

most that do, seem to have a sticker by the door advertising so. My 2014 Coachmen does.

Prime time Crusader thermal package

It doesn't have a sticker by the door but the dealer said it has a thermal package.

Heat vent in cargo bay is one of the basic elements of some type of thermal/cold weather package...I'd question your Dealer.

I second the questioning. Sounds like they "mis-informed" you. And charged you for something you don't have. I would be very suspicious unless they can prove otherwise.

every TT I see has a sticker on it and you get information about it in the TV books. If you don't see a sticker or have no information on it, I think you paid for something you don't have. See if they can provide proof or better yet, call the manu and give them the vin# and they can tell you if you have it for sure or not

All crusaders have the heated storage bay. There's ductwork running thru basement storage and they cut a supply register in. Prob 4" which is called heater tanks and storage bay!

Yep all crusaders have thermal package. All that consists of is the covered underbelly and a heater outlet dropped into it that keeps your tanks from freezing when propane heater is running. Only other option that would affect insulation would be the dual pane windows. Not all crusaders have those.

Thanks all, we got in touch with Prime Time with the vin # and we do have a thermal package. No vent but a 4"cut out.

When I ordered my 296BHS they said there was no thermal package to add, that all Crusaders came with the equivalent setup as standard. I added the dual pane windows.
