Understand exactly what you mean when it comes to work. Considering waiting until next summer to do this instead of this fall. That would give people more time to plan and also allow people with school age kids to join in. Chuck, would that be better for you?
How about everyone else? This fall or next summer?

Here's an updated PT owners list.

I'll put you on. Post on the "How Many Of Us" thread and we'll count you there as well.

We could make it work this fall, as long as it is after Sept. 12th. But it really depends on what works for the majority of people.

Whereabouts are you thinking of having this, is Arkansas the location of choice?

Best Wishes,
Chuck

Looks that way. So far the only positive responses, besides myself, have been from people in Teaxs and Louisiana. That's the main reason I was thinking central Arkansas. Hopefully that wouldn't be too far for those guys and maybe it would draw some people from Missouri, Kansas, etc...

I've emailed back and forth a few times with;
Mountain Pine
5451 Mountain Pine Road
Mountain Pine, AR 71956
Email: lakeouachita@arkansas.com
501-767-9366

Here's an email with what they have to offer;
Mr. Rhodes,
I took a look at our availability for campground “A” for the time period of September 30-October 5 and we have plenty of availability right now. For those of your group wanting to arrive early or stay later, that looks to be OK, but we’ll just have to see HOW much earlier or later their individual plans would be.
Our camping rates are $28 plus tax ($30.38) for the sites with 50amp, water and sewer. AR residents 62+ would receive ½ off Sun-Thurs and ¼ off Fri-Sat. Non-residents 62+ would get ¼ off Sun-Thurs and pay normal price on Friday-Saturday.
We do not have a pavilion. We do have an indoor audio-visual room that will probably seat your folks for dinner. It might be something you, or your designee would need to look at to make sure that it is OK for your group. Perhaps one of your members lives nearby or is coming through sometime soon? There would be no charge for the use of the room. Tables and chairs are available.
Let me know if we can help you any further.

I'll be talking with them further this week. I think I'll set things up for the first weekend in October. Hows that sound?

First week in October sounds good to me. Checked the work schedule and already planning something for that weekend anyway. Will just plan on being there if everything works out.

We are interested, just need to watch for projected dates. Looks like we are the only Colorado owners on the forum so we are willing to travel, just depends how far. We will watch the posts for more info. Thanks for starting the planning process.

I apologize for not keeping on top of this rally. Just had a few things going on lately that has occupied my time. I'll get back on it very shortly. Looking forward to meeting fellow PT owners and other FRF members no matter what camper you own.
