Sanibel 3500 Update

Our 2014 Sanibel is still experiencing problems. We have gone through the tire problems, major kitchen slide problem, entertainment center slide problems, along with most of the molding on the slides falling off. Since we purchased the camper it has occupied a place at the dealers for a grand total of 14 months out of 36 months.
We have just discovered that all the floor in the storage compartment had rotted and will have to be replaced at a 3K cost. There was a small water leak on the back side of the selector valve, but our dealer said he had repaired it evidently not completely.
It also appears that we have a problem with the frame. With the trail we perfectly level the kitchen area has a drop of almost 1/2"from the centerline outward to the edge of the extended slide.
I waiting to hit a bump in the road and have the trailer leave me. 😡
