This is what has been cutting the floor under the right side of our Crusader. It went into the shop for this once before and the carpet was repaired and the slide adjusted. It's either a new issue or the original issue.

makes one wonder, just how much training the workers get at these factories. When the flooring was removed from my Ridgeview, I was amazed at all the screw heads, sawdust and debris was under the vinyl. the first time I flushed the black tank I actually got wood, wires and an ink pen out of it.

Our Crusader is at the dealer right now with a couple warranty issues. One of our issues was our slide on kitchen side was also cutting into our floor and busted the trim. We were told by our dealer that they had been finding a few that the shaft and end rollers were mispositioned causing the drag. Ours is under the refrigerator section. After first attempting to adjust the slide it did not improve so now they are going to see if it is mispositioned and if that is what is causing our problem, but have yet to hear back. Hope this helps.
I don't see any further damage since I removed that screw. I'll just repair the carpet myself. I still can kick myself for not checking it myself the first time it cut the carpet. They didn't charge me anything the first time, but they didn't solve the problem either. I'll make sure they know next time its in for service that I found the problem.
