I just bought a used 2017 Prime Time Crusader 28rl and it has no spare tire. The dealer tells me that this was an option and that the original owner did not buy it.
Is-that the case.
Thanks

Sounds suspicious. Get one for peace of mind.

YES !!!!! Spare Tires are usually an option on travel trailers. Have been for years.
Yes I would buy one the bolt holes are common sizes, a rim can be purchased at just about anywhere that sells trailer parts.

Irregardless, the OP needs a spare and is going to get one but.....3 RV's from 2 different dealers since 2008 (2 TT's & 1 5'er) and I was never asked if I wanted a spare. All 3 (the last 2 Prime Time units as is the OP's Crusader) came with spares included. It's just possible the previous owner traded it in & kept the spare.
