We pull our Lacrosse with our grocey wagon !

Yes, we do not tow much, just to Florida every winter (6000 miles) and a couple of trips in the summer, less than 10,000 miles per year.
Therefore, we tow with our 10 month of the year "pick up the groceries" truck, a Ford F-150 Eco-Boast - Max Tow - Max payload. We meet all towing regulation numbers, even rear axle weight, specified by Ford and verified on a CAT scale.
Safety wise, we do not control sway, we ELIMINATE sway with our Hensley hitch making sure our drive with our Lacrosse is never a white knuckle experience. We also replaced the Prime Time "China bombs" with Maxxis E-range tires.
The Lacrosse is a very comfortable trailer, after many small convenience modifications we will have a hard time parting with it when trade time comes around.

I tow a 2014 Lacrosse 327 RES with a 2013 F150 Super Crew Eco Boost. I have a Reese WDH with the Dual Cam sway control. No issues with power, stopping or handling. We typically only go for 1 or 2 day trips (attend races) so we dont take lots of "extra" stuff. Basic load out for 2 adults and we are within all weight specs for both the truck and trailer. If we had more people travelling or needed to carry more "stuff", we would be at, or over, weight specs for sure. I would move up to a 3/4 ton truck if we routinely took longer roadtrips.

Truck used to pull 5th Wheel

We have a 39 foot Sanabel. The 2007 Dodge 2500 2 Wheel Drive with 6.7 Cummins and the fifth wheel weigh a total of 22,000 pounds. I have a Banks Tuner & fresh air intake. Horsepower went from 350 to 450 and torque went from 650 to 850. It still has the six speed automatic. Hope this is helpful!

What truck do you pull your lacrosse with?

Our 2015 Lacrosse 329BHT is pulled by "Hank" a 2005 Ford F-350 Lariat SRW CC 4x4 with the 6.0L Power Stroke.

Looks like nose of the trailer is high up on the hitch? Is that set right?

The left rear trailer tires are in a big dip in the road. When it is on level ground the frame is within 1" of being level.

Just went from a 2002 Avalanche 2500 to a 2015 Ram 2500. This time went with 4.10 rear, although the Ava never had any problems pulling or stopping 10,000lbs.

The way the metal is cut angling up to the front always makes them look nose-high as well. When setting mine(not a Lacrosse, but metal angles up in front), I would have sworn it was nose up but measuring the frame height confirms it isn't.

What truck do you pull your lacrosse with?

What about Anderson Hensley's are very Pricey seem to run $2500-$3300

I was towing a 6600# Shasta with nearly a 1000# Tongue and it was a pain with my Camco Ez-Lift 1000/10000

Since switching to the 2015 Roo23IKsS which has a tongue 587# using the same WDH re-Adjusted I can load the Bed with wood and chairs, grills, etc and still be way with in limits and still only drive 60-65 with no sway even with two 18-Wheelers whizzing by on either side.

I can tow a Max of 9800# with the 3.55 gears and EB pulls it with no issues.

I am thinking of an F350 Diesel Crew 6 and 3/4 bed Lariat but can't justify the cost of Diesel and MPG as an everyday driver so sticking with the F150 and will stay no more than 75% of Max Tow weight. I figure Truck is 6800 with Gas/GF and I plus Dog, Trailer is at 6600 so I have safety and wiggle room and feel safe at 60 in the right lane

Pulled our 2014 327RES with a 2010 Tundra Crewmax 5.7L for the last two summers. In about three weeks I will hook up to my new '15 GMC 3500, crew, SRW, Duramax/Alison. Looking forward to the new rig.

I have a 2013 318BHS. I pull it with both a 2010 Ram 1500 and a 2014 Ford Expedition EL with Max tow package. Both do just fine.

F350

I pull my 37' Lacrosse with and Ford F350, 6.7 Diesel. Had an F150 that I use to pull a 28' Outback with, but I know once I had the Lacosse and truck loaded for travel, I would be overweight.

I never regretted by decision to upgrade to F350. took a 8000 mile trip this spring to the west coast. Through deserts and mountains it pulled great.
