The good folks at Elkhart County Parks replied to my grain inquiries and said I can buy a bag of grain at the Boneyville Mill that FROG is touring, but they also said E&S would be a good place to buy from too, maybe cheaper. 50lb bag of grain, that'll make a a lot of loaves of bread!

But having the grain is nice, because when properly stored, can last years, whereas pre-packaged flour does not have such a long shelf life. I just put an email out to the grain mill that is on one of the listed tours to see if they have a contact I can buy grain from.

I figured I'd ask here, with some sort of luck one of the attendees is a mid-west farmer who can connect me with a 25 or 35 lb bucket of wheat berries!

Well, We are bummed... Missed the registration. Normally, I sit by the computer, hitting refresh like a caffeine-fueled woodpecker as the registration goes live. This year, something critical in my plant had to fail rather spectacularly right at that time. By the time I got a chance to register, all the spots were gone.

This sucks.

Tim don’t give up, I’m in, but it all depends on the border being opened if it turns out not to be then the Canadians will not be able to go.

See you all at the Rally.

Gone in NJ too. We will continue to wear ours indoors in public. Close friend/cop buddy just caught it despite full course of Moderna. He's had it 8 days now. Thinks he caught it from unvaccinated co-worker who caught it right before him. That co-worker has become quite ill.

Well, Sometimes the sun does shine. Just got a call from the Friendly Neighborhood Frog Bob. Looks like they'll manage to shoehorn us in somewhere.

That's good news!

Sounds like the US Canada border is beginning to loosen the chains, things are looking up for us Canadians to be there!

Service Requests Closed as of July 19, 2021

I just registered for the newly opened spaces for the International Rally. Went to link to add my service requests and was advised it had closed for my unit on July 19, 2021. Anyone else have this issue? One of the main reasons to attend is to get some long term issue fixed on my 2020 coach.

No problems with service request. I was in first batch. One of my requests is for awning bad install, does not close all the way, binding on wall mounts on way in. I opened awning yesterday as it was full of water with all the rain we've had past few weeks, to let it dry. I woke up this morning to a nightmare that a storm came in the night and ripped it off RV. As I got close to RV, not only was the awning a twisted mess, but the whole roof peeled off. The AC unit and everything lay smashed on the ground. What a way to wake up! Glad it was just a dream, awning getting rolled in right now!
